Happiness really is a Handmade Christmas November 16, 2017 20:22

I really really love Christmas (I may have said that before a few time ...) I love the twinkliness of course. I love the traditions, although by that I mean our own little family traditions, like Prod the Presents, and I love the way every year we add something new to the Christmas box.  This year, we'll be making everyone their own crackers, making lots of decorations and trying a few new crafts with the kids.
I also love it as a time to spend a bit of quality time with friends. In days gone by, it could turn into too many boozy nights out for me, but now I prefer to do something like make mince pies together. This quote from  Laurencia at one of our workshops sums it up - "I went with a friend and it was a great way to catch up and have fun. Rather than the same old dinner or drinks, this allowed us to be creative while chit chatting to one another like we would normally."
So here' what we've laid on for you and nearest and dearest this crafty Christmas 2018. Click on the images and enjoy!
