Pens, nibs ink etc can be bought at Cult Pens. We used Zebra G nibs and most nib holders will fit - it's worth checking though when you buy.
Ink can be bought from any good art supplier, we use Windsor and Newton Indian ink. The paper we used was Rodia or most types of Manga Paper are good. Find them at Hobbycraft or Amazon.
