We've been noticing the cold recently - particularly when it's sneaking in the house through the gaps. So here's our quick, no-sew tutorial for a draft excluding Door Sausage made from an old pair of trousers. We used the wool wadding from our Hello Fresh boxes to stuff it, but it's a good way to get rid of the socks that don't have partners, or a hideous Christmas jumper. Here is is!

Take one pair of trousers and cut off the legs. You'll need both legs...

Make a little snip in the denim of one leg

and then just rip! Don't worry, it'll tear into a nice strip with a softly frayed edge! Tear off a second strip too.

Use one strip to tie up the end of the other trouser leg...

stuff the wadding into the trouser leg...

and then tie up the other end an squish it into shape! Done
